After shopping around MANY MANY different estate agents, not only did Tarkan and George give a great rate but more importantly I got an excellent vibe from both of them. There were many estate agents in the area keen to 'trash talk' each other which I found not only unprofessional but unnecessary after all I just wanted to get my house sold! There was none of this from Anthony Martin even though they are the fastest selling agent in Dartford which made my decision easy! Throughout the current pandemic the entire company was professional and efficient! My house went on the market quickly, the photos were excellent and organisation in terms of viewings, sanitising etc. was impeccable! The house was sold within a month, and they also notified me of any properties they had that I may be interested in. I ended up buying my next property through them also which was great as by this time I had a good relationship with both George, Tarkan and the amazing team back at the office! If I could give more stars I would!!!
