I found the judgemental and rude attitude. *the property manager at Barkingside branch addressed me as 'the typical Indian mentality'. I mean how on earth can you disrespect any individual. all the property management staff are unprofessional and can waste your time due to their incompetence. They are very pleasant that they will call you to apologise after they misbehave with you. How ethical and emotional would you rare this?

we have no arrears with any landlords and if a tenant don't pay any rent then we are unable to pay the landlord unless you are on a rent guaranteed contract. please email the issue to the office and we will clarify this for you. ...
