When potential clients first contact us and we tell them that we are very different and quite unique, I often feel like they just think ‘whatever, all Agents are the same!’
The presentation I give to everyone helps them make a much more ‘informed decision’ and also protects them from other Agents who are solely just trying to ‘win the listing.’
The awards that we consistently awarded prove that we are definitely doing something different.
I believe it’s all about telling the client the truth and making sure we deliver on everything we promise at that first meeting.
In our industry, I hear of so many Agents over promising and under delivering!
In turn that leaves the client with a bad taste in their mouth and definitely not wanting to recommend them.
At Park Row we get lots of referrals and lots of repeat clients (that’s got to prove something).
Most agents are just trying to ‘sell the property’ and anyone can do that.
The real skill is to work with the client and make sure you achieve (and hopefully exceed) their goals.
It’s great to hear that you’re happy with our service, I know the property had been in your family for a long time and it’s brilliant to hear you achieved more money than you expected.
