Stay away from this lot. Faceless local office, which never picks up the phone and a head office that only uses email. (and takes days to reply). When stuff is going smoothly they are fine. Query/ask them something or try and get a repair done you get an email/wall of silence.
In the space of a year they messed up my renewal, lost me money on a deposit and no apology and I haven't spoken to a single employee!!! Last month I lost 50% of my rental income and they still haven't told me why. 3x emails and calls nothing!! Will be leave asap.
Management Commission is cheap but you get what you pay for!! (Nothing)

They display properties in the office window, that have been either rented out already or are no longer on their books. Shows you the calibre and integrity of their business.
Total waste of time....best avoid.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Ridiculously expensive and they tried to overcharge us when we moved in because "the fees had just gone up" but weren't updated on the website, another big coincidence.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually deliver on the levels of service their website claims they offer and that would go someway to justifying the fees. Don't make promises you can't keep or claim something has been done when it hasn't.
