Live next door to a property managed by Bracketts.
Had issues with the tenant leaving her front garden in poor condition in past. Always been helpful when I have rang, not this time.
Not today, spoke to Ruth, who seemed to be suggesting to me I was making a mountain out of a molehill. Would merely say, would you want to live next door to it and my estate agent has commented on the previous accumulation of rubbish, which included a sofa and other items.
I have photos and I was left quite angry by the way I was spoken to. It is your tenant who is consistently unable to keep things tidy. Why put the cardboard outside the house unless the bin men are coming, the extra rubbish from Christmas has been sitting outside for over a week.
Given the lack of support I got, I will clean it up myself and have offered to let her put her rubbish in my black bin but maybe she should pay for an extra one...
Just not very understanding treatment and I was left angry by the whole conversation, which I had to chase up anyway...

Whilst we appreciate your concerns and that you are currently selling your home and this is no doubt having an impact. Both Ruth and Wendy have spoken to the tenant on several occasions and I believe items have been disposed of in the past, it is unfortunate that other items have made their way back into the front garden.
if this was an owner occupied property there is nothing you could do about but we want to work with local residents and tenants to resolve any issues we have on our managed properties.
Some of your comments regarding rubbish being stored in the front garden, this is very hard for us to control if that is where the tenant has decided to put everything.
We will have a chat again with the tenant and see if we can get this rectified. In the meantime if you have spoken directly to our tenant and agreed for additional items to go in your bin then great.
