I can’t have a shower , 2 weeks ago the agency send a plumber who take off my faucet shower. I did complain for low pressure of water since first day, the water was licking under bath and dripping in the kitchen.The plumber was twice to check the pipes
and reported to the agency but the agency did take action, just take it off the faucet shower. What can I do to have a shower?

Dear Carmen,
You are not a tenant at any of our properties, however, from the photos, I can guess which property you are referring too. As you are not on the signed tenancy agreement, I'm not willing to enter into a conversation with you, as you are not living at this property and therefore any issues concerning the shower would not be affecting you. I would be more than happy to discuss this with the named tenant, who my team has been liaising with over the Christmas period in regard to maintenance, if they have any concerns they would like to raise in regards to our service.

Have let my flat through Neil Douglas for five years. This office is courteous and responsive to both tenants and landlords. The team there is experienced and knows the area well, and gets good rental rates on properties. Would recommend this agent....
