The most appalling service we've ever received. They say the fees are all in, but you realise when you get a statement that this is absolute lie. The whole experience was absolutely appaling. Lied all the time, made the whole experience super stressful, the contract was wrong/ not signed till the day of move in of the tenant and the rent wasn't paid for weeks after tenant moved in as they took it along with deposit (ah and charged 54 pounds administration fee for taking deposit!! what is this?? horrible people!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Brown's need to tidy up their admin process, listen better and not be so pushy, this seems to be as n organisation issue rather than an branch issue, but I wouldn't consider using any Brown's branch in any capacity.Attached Filesnbsp;

Firstly overestimated the property consequently we've lost best time of the year to sell it.
Secondly unreliable, untrue, avoiding or not replying to my queries..
Thirdly expensive comparing to the level of service.
