Renters, avoid these bunch of sharks. They will pull every trick in the book to rip you off, and attempt to slyly evict you if you challenge them. They will hand the keys to your home over to any subcontractor whose name they don't even know, and tell you that you don't need to know when the subcontractor will turn up, and you don't need to be in when he does. Even the managers will use your home for their own purposes while you are out (possibly enacting an affair, who knows?). Do not trust them. These are the type of people who give estate agents a bad name. Truly appalling.

As above. To whom it may concern. I move my business to Nichol & Co November, 2014 as I was abroad at that time. My former letting agent had business troubles and was failing miserably in managing the property such as letting to unvetted tenants and late payments of monies received. Initially, Jo then Robert took over the account and I had an immediate improvement. The tenant (who was sourced by my former agent) left the house in a unletable state and in rent arrears. Nichol & Co (Robert) was helpful and sympathetic to my plight. Robert aided me greatly with the return of the deposit from DPS. Robert always displays a professional, friendly and reassuring manner to the problems at hand. I am more than pleased with professional and friendly service provide by Nichol & Co at the Worcester office and Robert in particular. Should the reader want a company that does things rather than talk about doing things then Nichol & Co is for you. Yours faithfully, Raymond Small.
