We rented through Brockenhurst and it was the worst experience ever. The property we rented was not fit for habitation and we had constant problems. Not just small problems, no hob for a month, no heating, a condemned boiler, no working shower - but we were told as we had hot water in the kitchen we should wash in there!!!!!! Every time we contacted Brockenhurst they either ignored us or said we should think of the landlord as he was having financial problems. This is the landlord that evicted us as he had fallen on such hard times that he had to move back into the property. This is the property that is still empty after 3 months. The attitude of all staff can only be described as 'not giving a damn'. We would rather be homeless than ever use this shower of a company ever again. We simply cannot think of one single positive thing to say about them. We ended up suing the landlord and raising complaints against Brockenhurst.
