Impossible to get any communication from the property management team. Works that should have been done BEFORE my check in, has never been undertaken - waited and chased weekly for 7 months! No result. No explanation. No response.
Since moving out I am waiting for two months now to hear back with respect to my deposit, had to chase every day and every day you would get same useless unprofessional response if any at all!
Overcharging on checkout. Inventory company that they are using is completely unprofessional, did not get my check in report for 4 months! and when asking the agency they directed me to the inventory company to liaise myself?! Is this not a part of an agent's job!? Check out clerk was running 1.5 hours late, and I was not able to be present during checkout and was told I will be charged a fee if I cancel. Hence me not being able to check out of the property, causing me disputes over the deposit.
Horrible experience all in all. They will do anything until you have signed the tenancy and will leave you for dead right after. Business is not over after the tenant has entered a contract. It is a continues relationship and communication - that what makes a good business, which Chase Evans is NOT.
