Put in a written offer which I got no response to at all I thought at least they'd have the decency to reply after the advertised it then as SSTC without letting me know my offer was rejected . Poor service . Plus they double booked my appt time

That is completely incorrect Simon , you double booked my viewing for Ash , the house was advertised at 175k i offered 200k by email to your office with 'my story ' as you told me to . I got no response to my email , no reply , no phone call nothing . At least you could have called people as all other agents have done when an offer is rejected. So my facts are actually correct . I arrived to be told I had no appt because you gave the woman doing the viewings the wrong time ! My memory is quite good thanks . Rude Dec 28, 2020
Difficult to understand this comment. All who submitted bids were advised whether successful or not on December 20th following instruction/Decision from our client. We had no reports of any double booking.
It’s a shame this review site gives a platform to such unjustified complaints before any investigation can be carried out. We had no offers from anyone by this name.
The “Sold” price is incorrect.
