If I could give 0 stars I would. The flat we were renting for over 1 year was not in good condition when we moved in. We reported dirty oven (so much it was unusable), all kitchen equipment was old and sticky, curtain in living room old and dusty, we washed the windows ourselves, etc. At the end of tenancy we got a long list of cleaning requirements, including oven, windows, etc. We disputed the oven but cleaned everything else. We spent a lot of time and effort on that. And now they want to charge us nearly £100 for cleaning (cleaning what?), £160 for property damage which we haven't done, £60 for repairing holes in the kitchen ceiling which were there when we moved in-we have proof of that!!! Also £15 to replace apparently missing blender, which is strange since when we moved in we packed all of the kitchen items, stored them IN the flat, and we used all of our own things. We haven't used anything that belonged to the flat and when moving out we just put all their things back in the kitchen. I've been renting for 15 years, with different agencies and private, never have i had so much stress as with them. Avoid at all costs.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Kept me informed regarding the status of my requests for repairs, etc - at ANY point. Returned my phonecalls or replied to my emails. Treated me with a modicum of respect. Not shown empathy with me because they've "been trying for ages to get in touch with the owner" - but rather take some action or, at the very least, accept some degree of responsibility. Do some kind of maintenance on the property rather than allow it to become officially-listed as"dangerous". Apologise - just once.Attached Filesnbsp;

Got a refund of £30 out of £745 deposited a month after moving out. Dont use them as you will not get a full refund of your deposit....
