As a landlord, I have enjoyed their utmost attention and benefitted from their experience. I trusted them with my properties simply because they are not your typical estate agents with a vested interest in making more money by selling properties. Key-Lets specialise in letting properties and therefore their focus is resolute.
Equally important, or for some landlords may even be more important, is their friendliness and approachability with a smile and a cheerful face no matter what the queries are.
After a few months with Key-Lets, I had a chat with my tenants to gauge the service Key-Lets provided and the answer was one word. GREAT!

We have no idea who you are or if you have ever been a tenant of Key-Lets. There is no maintenance report on our management system of a dishwasher likely to cause electricution. Sheriff officers are used very rarely, and then to serve notice on tenants where normal communication is likely to be rejected. Again we cannot link your claims to a tenant in these circumstances. ...

Im with them at the moment but as a landlord.I get them impression from them when i call them for info etc.
Then reading this from a previous tenant worries me a bit.
