We have recently used Gascoigne Halman to sell our property, having previously used a different agent.
The Manager, Andrew Buckley, visited us initially to discuss a valuation of the property. As soon as we met him we felt that we were dealing with someone who had experience and a thorough knowledge of his field. He gave us in our opinion a realistic valuation of our property. The next day one of his team (Tom) came out and took photos of the property, the result was amazing showing our property in a true an imaginative light. The property was advertised on their web site within 24 hours and was advertised in the local paper the first week of publication after we had contacted Gascoigne Halman. Witin 48 hours they had sent the first prospective clients and since being on the market G/H must have sent 1/2 clients round to view each week. All, I must say, appeared in a position to purchase without any forseeable hold ups.
We have had 2 firm offers, but we now find ourselves in a position whereby we need at the present time to take our property off the market temporarily. This was not a problem for Andrew and his team, frankly they could not have been more helpful. They are keeping us on hold until later on next year. All in all G/H have made us feel we were dealing at all times with a truly professional and well organised Estate Agent, and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
