We're pleased to comment on the excellent and professional service we received from Stuart, Gareth and the rest of the team in securing our sale (in stark contrast to our contact with other agents ¢â‚¬â€œ see below). Grants' worked hard to achieve a sale and certainly earned their fee. From the very first meeting we found them a delight to work with. As well a strong sense of passion and working in partnership to achieve a successful outcome, they demonstrated exemplary thoroughness and attention to detail. They worked hard to ensure that the sale was as least stressful as possible, and inspired confidence at every stage, to the extent that working with them was enjoyable too. During any difficult moments they worked with great poise to keep the deal on track, as well as taking the lead where necessary. They seemed as emotionally engaged in the process as were we, and represented to us the ¢â‚¬Ëœhuman face' of estate agency.
We had some ¢â‚¬Å“interesting experiences¢â‚¬Â in our dealings with some other agents in the area, whose aggressive marketing tactics arguably bordered on harassment. With Grants on the other hand, we knew from the beginning that we were working with caring people who we could trust, and had our best interests at heart. Thanks to everyone at Grants for helping us achieve our dream. Very happy to recommend them.

In The Event You Remain Unsatisfied Please submit your complaint to: The Managing Director, at 175 Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 2BE The final review by the Managing Director and his conclusions will be sent to you in writing, in the rare event that the matter remains unresolved the letter will also include information of how the matter can be referred to the Ombudsman.
