We've had the pleasure of being looked after by Kim McIntosh. I could not fault the service from Kim in the slightest. From the outset Kim has been on it! There has been no point I have ever felt I have had to chase for answers, Kim was always on the front foot looking after us! Kim made it such a pleasurable experience, and my wife and I can't thank her enough. It was like having a friend look after everything for us!
