Approachable & Responsive - Would recommend to friends
Following a slower start, I have been really impressed with Pedders, particularly Fayes, responsiveness and proactiveness. I have never had to chase on how a viewing went, I have been updated regularly on status and I found both Faye and George incredibly professional and non pushy during the negotiations stage to agree the sales price. I was considering Purple Bricks at the start and went with Pedder as wanted a guaranteed strong after sales support and that is what I have received. Faye has been pro active throughout, been supportive and empathetic when problems have arisen and dealt with them at speed. I have never felt like Faye and George were driving their own agenda which is always something you worry about.
