Emma was fantastic from start to finish throughout the process.
She was extremely flexible during initial stages and accommodated viewing requests at short notice. She was also great in keeping me updated on the progress of the flat completion which was affected by long delays. It's never nice to be feeding back less than positive updates but she did so in an informative and professional manner throughout. Pedder/Hambridge also allowed me to avoid cancelling the delivery of my sofa which was prior to completion due to the various delays, and Emma herself arranged access on the day. No complaints, a great service from Emma and Pedder!
