Hayley was absolutely fantastic. I am finally in my house!! As a first time buyer, I was extremely stressed!! Hayley was warm, personable and friendly throughout the entire 'ordeal' of buying a property. It's probably one of the most stressful experiences to go through, nevermind having to go through the process during the lockdown. My first mortgage application was refused due to current circumstances with Covid-19, but that didn't stop Hayley and team from exploring all avenues to ensure I was able to move into my very first home. I'm so grateful for her patience, professionalism and cheery approach, for someone who has never been through this process it was such a relief to find someone who was able to help in the way that she did.. Hayley was the only mortgage advisor to actually respond to my request whereas 2 other estate agents didn't get back to me, I know how busy she was throughout the lockdown period but she still managed to put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you so much Hayley, I can't commend you highly enough for everything that you did. A credit to manning Stainton.
