Moving house is the 2nd most stressfull event is anyone's life but Lauren and Caroline made the process as stress free as possible. When issues arose from the survey they put us in touch with they right peple and liaised with the solicitors to sort eveything out. We built up quite a rapport between us, so much so that it felt we had very supportive friends no more than a phone call away. Our phone calls were answered, information and advice given when needed. All this was done with courtesy, friendliness, and a great sense of humour. I would reccommend this branch/company to anyone.

Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.
