We all know that moving house can be stressful at the best of times, but rest assured: Starkey & Brown are TRULY in a league of their own. They are simply the most diligent, committed, kind, and wonderfully competent people we have ever experienced in the purchase of any of our properties over a number of decades. I would especially like to single out Angie Powell (already a legend!) who took all of the worry and hassle out of purchasing our home, and we simply could not have hoped for a more wonderful and professional contact throughout the whole process. Many times, Angie showed true kindness by "going the extra mile" for us. She really was exceptional in every respect and thoroughly deserves every credit. In short, to say we were impressed does not do justice. Forget the rest, go with the best: Starkey & Brown forever. Thank you to all the staff - you will long be remembered for the ease you brought into our lives during this move. And, above all, thank you to the amazing Angie. Wow! I mean, just wow! It is so entirely refreshing (though sadly rare these days) to encounter somebody who delights in providing fantastic service at the highest level of professionalism. And you do that in spades. Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
