Firstly, we do not live in the UK, and we are first time property owners in the UK, so Ashley was eternally patient , guiding us through the whole process of letting and regulations in the UK. He checked on the furniture that was delivered to our apartment in our absence and which was ordered online, and sent photographs to us in SA. The photographer took fabulous photos of our apartment, and Ashley forwarded these to us so that we could see what the apartment looked like after it was fully furnished.He found us the type of tenant that we were looking for, and we were very specific!!! He phoned us regularly to let us have progress reports, and was incredibly nice to deal with, and very efficient. Our tenant was only due to move in, in approximately 7 weeks, but Ashley managed to rent out their apartment within 10 days, so that they could vacate their old apartment and move earlier into ours. That gained us about 5 weeks rental income!!!! We found all the staff at Morgan Randall fabulous to deal with, and would use them again and again. The level of attention to detail, and to client requirements is very high, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, and particularly Ashley Chisholm's, as 90 percent of our contact was with him, makes this a company that we would Highly recommend.
