I had a good experience dealing with the agents (Daisy & Sherko). They are reliable and responsive. It is just that I was a bit disappointed with the initial advertisement which stated the property is furnished but it is actually unfurnished. Other than that, they are really helpful and professional. We are happy and we proceed with the tenancy.

Comment on agent fees
Exorbitant fees and very unfair. We have asked to surrender our tenancy, and we vacated the property two weeks earlier that our contract termination date. We found the new tenants through Spareroom and they moved in the property two days later. They asked us to pay an early termination fee of 354 pounds (with VAT) for these two weeks and for the fact that we did their job again finding tenants, the agent not even attending the viewing.
