Whitlock and Heaps were absolutely brilliant whilst selling our flat. We only ever dealt with Jack who was always professional and informed. We had a few issues along the way (unrelated to Whitlock and Heaps) but Jack always knew how to approach difficult situations and his knowledge of similar situations really helped.
He was the only person to show potential buyers around our flat meaning they got all the information almost first hand.
