After having dealt with this agency for a flat I was renting and having had such exceptional and understanding service I feel I must share my experience.
From the beginning the service I received was both professional and efficient, considerably enhanced for me by the personal touches which never made me feel I was just one more tenant.
Everything was set up smoothly and every communication or query responded to quickly and efficiently throughout my tenancy.
However, as always with most services, it is how things pan out when something goes wrong which is perhaps the most telling and when things didn't work out for me with the tenancy DPS not just stepped up to the mark but, in my opinion, went above and beyond.
Thanks to their actions and understanding they took all the stress out of something which could have been a terrible experience for me and I continue to be very grateful to each and every member of staff for their kindness, instant action and professional and personal ethics.

David Musgrove is the Managing director!
We are in dispute with his agency
DPS he has let us down!
He hasn't inspected our properties.
The company stated they would be inspected every 6 months .
This hasn't happened.
The final straw they came back to us in October 2022 told us it they would do this .
We were then told they would be out sourcing to another source!
We received the results in early December.
We were horrified to discover 2 of our properties had serious issues after seeing ...

They do not deal with landlord issues;

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
