Scams, they just don't care, made me pay for the printing of the contract, so i just signed it online, so when i moved out and wanted to get the deposit, they held the a considerable anmount of money for removal of items that were there when we moved in, and could not even demonstrate it was in the invenstory, because by that time the docusign had expired
