Can't believe you have taken 7 months to respond to this. Also, I did go through an official complaints procedure at the time in order to be released from an 18 week tie-in which you refused to annul. Considering you couldn't get people through the door to view I found this petty and obstructive. ...

The fee wasn't to bad as probably all the other estate agents are the same..all I say is that with all the fees after the property had been brought it makes it hard for first time buyers to get on the property ladder
