A massive thank you to Clyde Property in Bearsden who have managed the letting of our two bedroom property in Lennox Court. They have done a glorious job organising paperwork, deposit supervision, rent collections, legislation, contracts, inspections, repairs and continuous tenants. We would highly recommend them for any potential landlords. Very efficient. The Machaffies

I agree. I called Jordan and advised that I waited an hour after our viewing time of 18:30 as no agent showed up. Jordan said "I really don't understand why you waited an hour but I will make sure you are called back tomorrow morning". I didn't get my call back and had to call them back. ...

Communicate better. Do not give false promise. Respond when people contact you and provide full, correct information. Learn some humility.
