The Dover branch of Thomas & Partners are by far the most inept and incompetent estate agent I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. A catalogue of errors from Thomas and the 2 other office staff from the outset who even reduced the price of our property by £15,000 without our knowledge. Needless to say we took our property off the market with what can only be described as a really amateur outfit. Certainly one agent in Dover to avoid.
