I was trying to decide whether to sell/reassign my (almost finished) apartment in London or whether to complete and rent it out. It was 5 years ago when I placed the deposit on it and the market had not performed as we had expected.
Danny, at MyLondonHome, was enthusiastic and proactive and managed to help guide my decision making. He kept me updated, gave useful price comparisons and set expectations realistically. Once an offer had been accepted, he managed the deposit taking and referred me to solicitors experienced with this sort of transaction.
Wendy took over to progress the deal and patiently kept in touch with all parties as the process took longer than expected for a variety of reasons. It was useful being able to contact her with ease as we approached the deadline date. Delighted the process concluded well and I am pleased not only with the decision to sell but also the experience of MyLondonHome in completing a more tricky sale than I am used to as an experienced investor. Also, MyLondonHome were busy and working at a time during the first Covid lockdown when many agents were closed or not responsive.
They are proactive and sales focused during a difficult time in the property marketplace and I wish them every success. Happy to recommend their services
