The property management is outsourced to Sequence UK who give the slowest response to property issues I've ever experienced in ten years of renting.
The bathroom is unhygienic, despite being told it was professionally cleaned before we moved in, there are gaps in the vinyl with old dirt all around them. Amongst other issues the dining room has a fire hazard light fitting, the front door is a safety issue and so far we've been waiting 3 months and they've not even got a quote yet.
