This is not what exactly you are saying. When I called agency decision was made already. He even told me that someone already paid 2 months rent and deposit. So he wasn't on the phone with landlord. He clearly said lanlord made decision. And I was trying to reach him since in the morning didnt even bother to come back once. When I call agency he was there and answered phone. So I didnt speak with sales person. I spoke with Lewis personally. I am %100 sure that he was not going back to me until i call him. I also told him whatever they offered I can offer the same he said he didn't know that ??? He also called later on after I left reviews and spoke with me arrogant way. So I wasnt misinterpreted clearly. The way you are dealing with things were very unprofessional.
