Working with M&M Properties to sell my own property was an easy experience from start to end. Turhan Ramadan (sales manager) was genuinely enthusiastic about listing my property, reassuring when things slowed down and gently nudged the process along. He dealt with the whole situation in a very friendly and professional manner given I was trying to sell during a pandemic. Everything worked out great in the end and I would highly recommend this company.

M & M Property aims to provide the highest standard of service to all of its clients.

If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to office manager at the address below:

M & M Property, 97 Newington Green Road, London, N1 4QX

The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 14 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.

If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please write to The Senior Partner at the address below:

Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement within 14 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.
