I have worked alongside Peter and Jack Fisk from Whitlock & Heaps for over 10 years now. They have sold two properties for me during this time, as well as being the managing agents when I rented out a property.
I have nothing but positive things to say about them- Hence why I chose them as my first choice as a managing/ estate agent for the last decade! They are both dedicated to their business, professional, very friendly and their advice on the property market is vast and knowledgable. There were times where Peter would call me after work to talk through his thoughts on an issue- I appreciated that and the personal touch is something which you get from a family run business.
From a landlady point of view, the vendors that they use are also professional and fast. I was always pleased with the work carried out when there was issues with the property.
I have now moved out of the area, but would wholeheartedly recommend them to sell and rent your property.
