Seven months rent arears and court costs, only consolation that they are holding the initial months rent in advance and the deposit, which they then say they are taking

Just selected the property and paid the initial amount but cancelled the property in an hour after heard a very bad remark about this agency from my close friend. They refused to refund and informed that they did some underground work with my money. Most of the cases they do charge every 6months with tenancy renewal fee and all the maintenance they blame the tenant and charge. How come this many positive feedback for this worst agency? Stay ...
