I cannot even begin to thank you girls at
Hannells (Alvaston branch), for your dedicated and professional help throughout the whole of this lengthy and problematic experience!
For me, it has been a complete and utter nightmare since January this year and with all the terrible times when I was totally beaten down and ready to give up, you were always there to give me support and courage to carry on!
The care, concern and friendship that I felt, was amazing to say the least and you all (not forgetting Angie Taylor who fought so very hard on my behalf, over and above her duty to look after my interests until recently, and then Tracy, who was thrown in at the deep end, when she then took over my case and continued the struggle on my behalf, and of course Amy who was to oversee everything ) gave me your very best at all times to get me through this ordeal and I am truly grateful to have had such a fantastic team helping me along this horrific journey!
At last, we have reached the ultimate goal, a day I thought would never arrive. But it has and again, I send my very best thanks and praise to you all.
