Thanks Guys for assisting me during these tough times.
I am a Landlord with a reasonable portfolio situated mainly in W1. I spoke to Fraser Bond in particular Shakir who has assisted me renting all my units through there corporate division. He was able to assist us with relocating clients our and handled everything from start to finish.
Definitely recommend if you need a reliable agent.

Anna, your experience sounds very familiar as the exact same thing happened to me too! My flat was let out like an AirBNB (no approval from me) and Shakir blamed everything on the tenant. Although I manage to get back my flat, there were outstanding rental amounting to GBP5K plus water and electricity bills (GBP500) that was sent to me! No news from Shakir since then. Completely disappeared. Then he sent a marketing email using the same email address I use to another friend of mine who happened ...
