I went through Clearwater Lettings to re-let my property in Manchester and from the beginning Zara and her team have been fantastic. They made the letting of my property a very easy experience and took care of all the details from finding a tenant to vetting them and then doing all the required paperwork for getting them onboarded.
Zara even went above and beyond in helping me decide the best market rent which was more than i was previously getting and giving me advice in what would make the rental more appealing.
It was very easy speaking to Zara and Clearwater Lettings and they always came back to my calls and emails very promptly.
I would definitely recommend and will be re-using them come the next time i need to let my property out.
