I came to Starkey Brown because Michael Brown helped me a couple of years ago and I've never forgotten his kindness.
I've brought and sold lots of properties and land, so I'd like to think I know the process.
This sale was the biggest nightmare ever and took forever, it was so bad I very nearly pulled it off the market.
The reason I didn't was Angie Powell. I have worked with lots of people and she is absolutely top class! We've laughed, I've cried and we've both ranted (lots) but her ability to talk to people in a down to earth manner is what made the sale happen.
You have a fabulous member of the team in Angie, so look after her well.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
