Everything is fine at the stage of searching for and signing an apartment lease agreement, but after the conclusion of the agreement, and especially at the end of the lease, it is absolutely disgusting. Perhaps it depends on the individual. At the time of the conclusion of the contract, I worked with Serge Openko, who then quit.
At the end of the lease, David Greenslade was my agent. I do not recommend anyone to deal with him. As with Felicity on Bow.
- They don't care about your requests. As example - I asked for the opportunity to have a cat - the realtor just immediately answered "no". Although, as it turned out, you can get a cat, I found out about this by talking directly with the owners of the house
- When I was about to move out - my agent simply ignored all my messages, which is why they started looking for new tenants with a delay of 2 weeks - and then - because I wrote to the general email of the agency
- The deposit and deduction for the last month was returned to me about 2 months after my departure. And then - only because I began to constantly write and call them and bother everyone I could - an agent, head of agencies, spacehaart managers
And even then - not completely. I paid the full amount of the rent for the last month, having lived in the apartment for 2 weeks. The return that I received for the remaining 2 weeks (in theory) is 3 times less than it should have been
Nobody gave me any explanations - they just ignore all the questions.
- I received the checkout report only a month later, from the moment it was made, and then - only when I started to complain to the management
- They constantly lie that one of them is on vacation, or he is not in the office and he will call back, they constantly lie that they will call back, ignore questions, do not give any information, even if they promise to do something on time - be sure - it will be fu**ed up
In general - instead of making it easier for me to move, they made it difficult
I spent a lot of time and nerves just to get my money back, although it could all be done without problems within one week
