I can state with all honesty that Katie and the whole team have all been brilliant over the past 12 years, acting as managing agents renting my property for me. I now need to sell, however if the house doesn’t sell for any reason, then I will definitely be back in contact with Belvoir to act as letting agents again for me. For over a decade they have provided a professional and first class service, sourcing quality tenants, and providing a great level of support in managing the property on my behalf as I live too far away to manage myself. In fact, over the 12 years, I had such confidence in Belvoir, that I didn’t feel I needed to visit and check myself. When I did visit after the last tenants left, I found everything to to be clean, well kept and in perfect condition ready to sell - Simply fabulous.
