Very dishonest and misleading. Do not have your best interest at heart. Michael Wright is the reason estate agents have a bad name. If you are a tenant go elsewhere to find a property as there is plenty of competition.

The review by Adem is true as u was a previous tenant of Olivia Court Ebony Crescent EN4 and Christine Michael's with the dishonest Landlord who o ly part owned the flat do therefore didn't have permission to let in the first place she has two charges on itL&Q and Nationwide building society
They sent 3 Black guys to forcefully evict my and assault me.
Of course Christine Michael's said she had nothing to do with it??? But the Police told me yesterday in writing that she infact with the Landlord colluded together.
Evil beyond words their going to get their Karma.
Also every time 13 Olivia Court Ebony Crescent EN4 8FR goes on the market we call the Estate agents and they duly remove it!
Don't rent or use this Unsavoury company run by a nasty ,wicked witch. She and the Landlady made false allegation about me in January 2020 to attempt to get my new home address it was closed by a Lovely Inspector.

This is a very untrue and unfair comment of an irresponsible tenant who left with £2,900 in arrears, designer curtains thrown on the floor in the garage in a twisted and crumpled manner (photographic evidence) that said that they were folded and stored in the garage. The house was left with their discarded belongings, not in a clean condition and flies were in the kitchen as a result of their food and rubbish. As if that wasn't enough, he also turned very nasty.

Worth every penny! They charge the same as other local agents yet you get experience that showed and a much better price for the property. With Christine Michael, you have someone who coordinates all parties: the buyer, their solicitor, my solicitor, landlords. I wold use them again and happy to recommend that others do too: you get so much more for the property and you have an agent fighting for you all the way.
