Just like a few of the reviewers here state, one star is too many for these lying cheating self serving divs like Debbie. If anyone is even THINKING of using these absolute unprofessional twits then I would suggest you think again. I was in the process of trying to purchase a property with Redwood in Woolwich who do a FULL credit search on you before even showing a property to you! Leaving a mark on your credit history before you even seeing the place! Furthermore view a property which they had actually already sold! But still kept the property on the market and continuing to book viewings!!!
I later found out that my friend had problems with Redwood when renting out her flat through them. The tenant had some issues within the building and Redwood failed to rectify them which went on for months. In the end my friend lost a good tenant who left as the place became unsafe due to no intervention from either Redwood Estates or the management company. Redwood, and especially Debbie have poor communication skills and the rest are a bunch of liars just out to serve themselves.
DO NOT USE THEM!

I cna confirm that this is the same company based at 9 Gunnery Terrace, Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6SW. Antonio’s review is accurate and I would say fair.
I am a leaseholder here too and have never been impressed with Redwood Estates. They almost bankrupted the reserve funds and then did a runner. It’s either greed for their cut of the remediation works or sheer incompetence for being out of their depth.

Fees are really unknown. They would quote you with one fee and then soon as you pay, they would revert back to claiming that there was another fee unquoted but incurred by the landlord. Then they would not release the contract or else until you pay this unquoted fee, coming out of the blue.

The 1st issue occurred back in October 2016 and was caused by your landlord having found another tenant herself who was prepared to pay more, we was not aware of this until you were. Secondly ALL of OUR fees are correctly displayed and you are aware of. Hi Paul, I'm very sorry at what happened to you as I personally told you at the time, and also that you went to the trouble at writing this negative comment about my company. Sadly these situations are always totally out of our control, we have had situations where tenants are ready to move in and the owner has put a stop to it right at the last minute, this is a very rare case thankfully but the owner has total control until the tenancy agreement is signed and the tenants move in.
