Harry and the team at Arins in Lower Earley (Alan, Dan, Theo) are absolutely second to none and have provided a flawless service during a complex and difficult time. Arins first valued for us last year and to our own discredit, we chose initially to go with another agent who promised more but were unable to deliver. Arins stepped back in after Harry got in touch to check in and sold our house after 4 days back on the market. The lesson for us is that we could have saved ourselves a lot of time and effort and probably moved six months ago if we had gone with Arins from the off.
They understand the area and the market and pair this with brilliant and consistent service. Nothing has been too much trouble and Harry has been great to bounce thoughts off and has always been available. Our transaction has been far from straight forward and during the crunch time Harry went completely above and beyond to get this over the line. We are hugely grateful to Arins and would (and have!) recommend them without a second thought. True experts and real property professionals.
