Appalling service. Very keen and professional sounding until you have signed up to their full management letting service of your property then downhill from there on for over 3 years. High fees and almost non existent management. When there was a problem with one tenant they abdicated all responsibility and when you live in another country that's not helpful. Through their incompetence and inaction they created friction between tenants and ourselves. What repairs they did organise were extortionate and badly done. You end up dealing directly with the tenant to ensure both parties are satisfied and organise everything yourself but continue paying Boydens!

Angela was always prompt for meetings, listened to our requests and she or other staff kept us up to date with viewings. When the tenants took over the apartment the money due to us was despatched immediately. Would be happy to use Boydens again....
