After many, many years renting out a property through Daly it has ended in disaster. We have since discovered to our GREAT financial cost in the thousands of pounds for damages PLUS 7+ months lost rent, that they never followed up on late rents, never professionaly inspected the property - basically took money for doing nothing.
After 7+ months of getting the property ready to re-let we have now also found out that they lied about appealing the pathetic deposit recovered so yet another lump of money lost. We now have to go to the Ombudsman to chase this.
So use them at your own risk - you have been advised of our experience.
