I saw a property on Facebook Market and booked a viewing. As I didn't get a response, I called the following day and a man answered the phone and provided an email to call a woman called Gabrielle (?). When I called her she told me that the property was no longer available so I asked her if there were any properties similar to this one and was very quick to tell me that she would call me without even asking any preferences. I asked if I could leave my number and she told me that she would call me back, offered to provide my number and she said that she already had it on her phone. I said that it's witheld and she said no I can see it. I ended the call as there is no point in dealing with someone that couldn't care less about you.
You probably need to have a certain type of accent to deal with this agency.
The property is still out to let on Facebook.

I immediately found another property and have already signed a tenancy. It was quite obvious that I don't fit your "criteria". I don't contact companies that discriminate and have such a mediocre customer support.

What agent could do to change your mind?
No one seems to take responsibility in sorting an issue. You're either told they're too busy or they've been on holiday so it's nothing to do with them. I don't understand how it could be seen as a professional service they offer when nothing but excuses.
