The worst letting agent/ property manager ever. We moved into a student house in Oxford in early October 2020 and since then we have been dealing with a half functioning house. Not only was furniture missing or broken when we moved in, NOPS have been unreasonable with repairs. Our boiler has been leaking intermittently and the boiler man has come in 6 times now and we did not have hot water for 5 days. On top of that, when the boiler started leaking again it leaked down to our kitchen as well causing our hot water to be turned off by a repair man again. Additionally, the violation of the hmo license on top of the current half functioning state of the house has been a source of distress for already stressed out and extremely busy students. WE do not have the time or energy to chase up NOPS to ensure this house is functioning. It says on their website and I quote 'We will inspect the property on a regular basis as agreed' and 'We will ensure that all communal gardens and other areas are kept in a clean and satisfactory condition.'This is simply not true as our house was in a complete state of repair when we moved in and is still not fully functional (leaking boiler, missing or broken furniture, radiators in some rooms not connected to central heating). These are all fixable things and should have been completed before the start of our tenancy. NOPS claim of 'clean and satisfactory conditions' is therefore false and misleading. It is simply unacceptable that as tenants we have to chase NOPS up every single day for repairs or maintenance - which should have been completed before we moved in. The quality of NOPS' service has been appalling and highly distressful for us. NEVER use NOPS, for it is the WORST letting agent I have ever encountered.

Anyone reading this should ignore this review and refer to all the others, this is plainly written by one of their members of staff, NOPS have a poor reputation for a reason, and that is that they treat tenants like garbage.
