Following your confirmation that you were interested in proceeding with the property I contacted you on 21/10/2020 requesting your details to submit an offer. These details were not provided and so we exchanged emails over the next few days in which I answered all of your questions in relation to the rental process and the apartment itself. You had also requested a sample tenancy agreement which was sent over on 22/10/2020 and advised that you would like to read through this as well as having a look around the area.
We received another offer for the property on 23/10/2020 in the evening – unfortunately, as the accounts team had left the office for the day I had been unable to confirm that the apartment had been secured. Our offices are closed over the weekend so the earliest opportunity that I had to confirm was Monday morning when I advised you of this and sent over some alternatives.

I would also remind you that no formal offer had been submitted for the property and we had received no confirmation of your details and situation etc. to send over to the landlord for consideration.

Please note that we have been speaking since early October for a number of properties we had listed - you had been advised at this time that the property market is very fasted paced and if you were keen on any of our properties we would need to know as soon as possible.
