The worst company ever. It is difficult to get in touch with them, don’t bother to replay to emails of your calls. Their staff is far of being professional. Do not even think to use them

The worst company ever. The contract finished 2021 and we were not able to get the property back 2023as the Altwood provided my property to council

Comment on agent fees
fees are bad - they take deposit off you then dont tell you about hidden fees - for example after being here for two years they decided to charge me an extra 100 a year for renewing my contract
